what makes them so great? why would i need these if i can … when i first learned about kegel balls, i was completely unsure of what to do with them. do i use them during sex?? are they a tool for self pleasure?? what makes them so great? why would i need these if i can do kegels on my own?the frank and honest answer is you don’t NEED them. you can do just fine without them. but how often are you able to remember to do them? at traffic stops? during commercial breaks? can you legitimately say that you remember to do them as often as you’re supposed to, every day?if you’re like me and you love to forget things, then get a set of kegel balls. you insert them in the morning, and wear them as long as you’re able to. this is my personal thought, but i would say that the average woman could wear them for a good portion of the day. unless you’re having a serious medical issue where you’d have to limit your time and work up to all/most day wear.i had three kids in three years, and by the end of it, they were pretty much falling out of…

The instructions recommend starting by laying on your back so that you are not playing tug of war with gravity in the beginning but I wanted to prove to my vaginia that it had more strength than it believes it may. When i first took the ball out of the box, my first thought was “oh heck no” because that ball does not look comfortably sized, but lo and behold it was completely easy to insert and comfortable. I kept it in while doing housework for a few hours squeezing in long and short bursts until my vagina rebelled and forced that sucker out. Never…
